• Connect external wallets for BNB-based or supported crypto transactions;
• View project details, yields, and lifestyle benefits linked to NFT ownership.

All NFTs on this Platform are utility-based and do not constitute securities or shares under applicable law.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

1. Provide accurate information during registration or wallet connection;
2. Keep your login and wallet credentials secure;
3. Assume full responsibility for all activity performed via your wallet or account;
4. Use the Platform only for lawful and legitimate purposes.

EstateSlice NFT has no access to private keys. Loss of access to your wallet remains your sole responsibility.

6. Blockchain Transactions

All blockchain transactions are final, transparent, and irreversible once confirmed. EstateSlice NFT cannot alter or cancel any completed transaction.

You are responsible for verifying transaction details before submission. Blockchain data may be publicly viewable by third parties.

7. Payments and Fees

• All payments must be made in BNB or other accepted cryptocurrencies.
• Prices, yields, and fees may fluctuate with blockchain market conditions.
• Gas fees and network charges are the user's responsibility and non-refundable.
• EstateSlice NFT does not hold or custody users' funds.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including design, code, trademarks, and media — is the exclusive property of EstateSlice NFT or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse any content without prior written authorization.

9. Prohibited Uses

Users must not:

Upon termination, your access rights cease without compensation.
