5 Ownership Completion & Land Title Establishment

While Estate Slice NFTs do not represent land titles by default, when a single participant acquires 100% of the NFTs allocated to a specific property, Estate Slice has the operational capacity to facilitate the establishment of a legal property title in the name of that participant.

This process is carried out:

Once completed, the participant becomes the sole legal owner of the property.
